This session is designed to explore the relationship between emotional patterns, thought processes, and physical health.

In many holistic approaches, physical discomfort or illness can sometimes be seen as a signal inviting us to look more deeply at our internal emotional and mental landscape. During this one-on-one session, we gently explore the possible emotional and mental patterns that may be connected to your current health or life experiences.

Through guided awareness practices and reflective dialogue, the session supports a deeper understanding of how stress, emotions, and thought patterns may influence overall well-being. The intention of this work is not to diagnose or treat illness, but to encourage greater self-awareness and insight into the mind–body connection.

These sessions can help participants develop a more conscious relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences, supporting personal growth and inner balance.

Please note: This session is an awareness-based wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical or psychological care. Participants are encouraged to continue working with qualified healthcare professionals when needed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:** Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session.

Arrival:** Please arrive on time. Latecomers may not be able to join once the session begins.(For group class).

Respect: **Maintain a quiet and respectful environment throughout the session.

Belongings: ** Keep personal items secure and away from the Sound Bath area.

Participation: **Participation is voluntary. Sit or lie comfortably as you prefer.

Health: **Inform us of any health issues before the session.

Welcome. ** Please check your email to ensure you have answered all your ‘Welcome Questions’ and send them back to us no later than one day before your session.(Sound bath session participant doesn’t need that ).
